This PDF Split & Merge tool is top-notch. Really great software! After I reinstalled it, I ran into issues with activation. But they fixed it super quick by resetting the activation counter.

This slideshow app is really impressive, and the customer support was super fast and helpful!

Refund Concerns
The company’s website states, ‘Thank you for your interest in Icecream Apps! Your satisfaction with Icecream Apps software is our primary goal.’ However, they lack any leniency in their refund policy, which states, ‘If 30 or more days have passed since the order took place.’ I submitted my refund request on the 39th day after placing the order, and they turned it down. So, how can they claim that customer satisfaction is their main priority?

Software Features
One thing to note is that there’s no option to convert PDF files to Excel.

Fantastic screen recording and editing software. Super user-friendly - I'm no tech whiz! They always get back to you within a day (usually way quicker) for any inquiries made through their site. Great product and a solid company :)

This application is fantastic! I utilize it for Photoshop tutorials that I create. And that's not all, their customer support is truly exceptional! I got assistance through email in just a couple of minutes! I bought their PRO version three years back, and since my computer crashed, I wanted to set it up again on a new machine, and they were super helpful in the process! I highly recommend them!!!

Awesome item, plus quick help when I switched machines and required a key update.

I had to get a new laptop, which meant I had to reinstall a bunch of programs. Icecream's support team was super helpful in getting my registration key switched over to the new setup. Quick and really solid support!

I came across Icecream PDF Editor Pro and decided to check out their video to see if it had the features I was after. When I spotted a section claiming it could stop copying, which was exactly what I was looking for, I went ahead and bought it. However, when I tried it out on Adobe, it didn’t actually stop copying at all. I asked for a refund, but they turned me down twice, even after I sent them screenshots to back up my claim. Each time, I received the same response: 'we reserve the right to decline refund requests if the user asks for a refund due to features that are NOT listed in the software's features or description on our official site.' Just wanted to give a heads up to others.

I've been using the Ebook reader for a few years, and honestly, I think it's the top app I've tried for reading, packed with loads of features. Plus, their support is quite decent, and they get back to you quickly.

I've been using the Icecream Ebook Reader Pro for quite a while now. This year, I decided to grab their 'Lifetime Key' for the Pro edition. I goofed up a bit while loading and activating it, which messed up the key. I shot a message to Support, detailing what went wrong. They fixed my key status, and I could upgrade my version to Pro without any hassle. Super easy!
